A Kansas native, B.J. graduated from Kansas State University with degrees in Modern Languages and Mass Communications. B.J. entered radio immediately after graduation and has worked in the industry since. Starting his career in Colorado Springs, he worked in the Denver, Philadelphia, and Las Vegas markets before landing in Eugene. B.J. and lovely wife, Barbara, have four sons that are moving forward with their careers. His skill set includes a vast amount of marketing experience and radio sales management knowledge.

Born and raised in Oregon Joe has lived in the Northwest his entire life. Growing up in the "department store world” for ten years, Joe is well versed in all aspects of business. After his time in retail, Joe spent ten years in radio sales and then spent nine years in finance. Returning to radio, Joe recently joined the Cumulus Eugene Sales Team and brings 30-years of well-respected business knowledge back to the radio industry.

Sam came to Eugene to attend the University of Oregon. After graduating in 2004 with an Economics degree, she soon came to work for Cumulus. Sam’s clients appreciate her dedication to growing their businesses. Her integrity and energy set her apart from other marketing professionals. Plus, Sam always keeps things interesting with her out of the box ideas that make her clients meet their business goals! Marketing should be fun and she shows her clients this every day.

A Pacific Northwest native, Rick has lived in Eugene, Portland and Seattle. Having earned a couple of college degrees along the way, Rick brings experience and knowledge to his Cumulus clients. His clients welcome the enthusiastic approach and careful consideration of what they are trying to accomplish from their business association with Cumulus Broadcasting. Creativity is in strong supply here.

Eric has an extensive background in solutions based selling and brought those same attributes to Cumulus in 2008. He excels in building long lasting, successful campaigns for his customers. He has developed a rapport with all branches of the Cumulus family to bring his customers the most successful promotions. His clients will tell you that they are very pleased with his level of integrity and the work ethic he puts forth. Regardless of the size, Eric always treats his clientele with respect and has met their standards of excellence.

Mela is the Sales Assistant for Cumulus, Eugene. She began her career at Cumulus, Eugene as an intern with the Production Department in March of 2005. After graduating from the University of Oregon in June 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, she became a member of the staff. Since then, Mela has worked as a Board-op, the Receptionist, the Traffic Assistant, and continues to help out where needed. She enjoys having the chance to see all sides of the radio industry.

This Southern California native joined the Cumulus team after re-locating to Eugene. A graduate of California State University, San Bernardino with a B.A. in Communications/Journalism, Todd’s enthusiasm and excitement lend a “Can-Do” attitude to all he encounters. With a wide variety of experience ranging from sports reporting to Insurance, Todd brings a strong and diverse sales background to the Cumulus team. He spent time in the front office of the Inland Empire 66ers Baseball Club and severed as Public Relations/Media Coordinator for the Central Valley Coyotes arena football team. Todd recently celebrated his first wedding anniversary with his wife Bree and enjoys spending time with his Rat Terrier, Doyle.

Sean was born in Oregon and came to Eugene to be a Decathlete at the University of Oregon in 1998. Four years later, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is highly proficient in business-to-business sales, and he is excited to bring that passion and knowledge to the Cumulus team. He's clients appreciate his fine attention to detail and his dedication and willingness to exceed their expectations to maximize the long-term value of their relationship. Sean is a devoted Oregon surfer and gets to the beach whenever possible, rain or shine. He and his wife welcomed the newest addition to their family in late 2009.

Jeremy Williams, a native Oregonian, grew up in St. Helens, Oregon. After high school, he came to Eugene and attended the University of Oregon. Shortly after graduating, he came to work for Cumulus as an Sales Representative. His successful, 4 ½ year career at Cumulus came to an end so he could go back to school and get his masters degree. Now Jeremy is back with a sports marketing degree under his belt. He was, and now is again, an integral part of our team.
